PRODUCT QUESTIONS
If you see the term “Gum Base” written on the back of your pack of gum, that’s code for potentially many different chemicals, including the same synthetic plastics used in white glue, car tires, and water bottles!
We don’t like chewing on synthetic plastic, so we use a tree sap (chicle) as the base of our gum instead! We also leave out artificial flavors, colors and sweeteners like aspartame. We only use the highest quality ingredients in our gum.
Our gum is dairy-free, soy-free, nut-free, corn-free and wheat-free. All flavors of gum are gluten-free, except for our Maple flavor. Our gum is Kosher, Vegan, and made with Non-GMO ingredients.

Glad you asked! Most of our current flavors (our Classic Gum collection) contain a small amount of cane sugar, but we do also offer Sugar Free options sweetened with xylitol. There is approximately 1 gram of sugar in each piece of our Classic gum flavors. Check with your dentist or doctor if you have any unique dental care or nutritional concerns.
We decided to launch our Sugar Free collection after hearing from many customers who are avoiding sugar for a variety of reasons. We picked plant-based Xylitol as our alternative sweetener because we felt it best matched the flavor of cane sugar, and has a number of great properties including a low glycemic index and dental health benefits.
Please note that while xylitol is a great choice for humans, it is not for dogs. Even a small amount of xylitol can be toxic to dogs so please keep your Sugar Free gum out of reach.
Our packaging is made of uncoated paper so it can be recycled with other paper products. Unused post chew wraps can also be recycled with paper.
All of our mints are dairy-free, soy-free, nut-free, corn-free, and gluten-free. They are certified vegan, Kosher, and Non-GMO.

Yes! Our mints are packaged in tin plated steel. Most cities recycle steel with general recyclables, but some may require a separate bin. Check with your local municipality to be sure!
Our gummies are dairy-free, soy-free, nut-free, and gluten-free. They are certified vegan, Kosher, and Non-GMO.

All of our chocolates are produced and packaged in a separate facility from our Gum, Mints, and Gummies.
Our Salted Peanut Chocolate Date bars and Peanut Butter Crispies contain Peanuts.
Our Triple Cacao and Coconut Almond Chocolate Date Bars do not contain nuts, but are produced and packaged in the same facility as the Salted Peanut variety.
All of our chocolates are dairy-free, soy-free, and gluten-free. They are certified Vegan and Non-GMO.

ORDERS & SHIPPING
We offer free shipping for all orders over $25 and for all subscription orders. For orders below $25 a flat $5 shipping fee will be applied.
If purchasing Candy Bars, we highly recommend our "Cold Shipping" option to prevent melting in transit for any order shipping April- Sept or to areas 70°+. The $10 fee helps cover the cost of ice packs and insulation. We ONLY ship Cold Shipping orders Mon-Wed. If your order is placed Thurs-Sun, it will be sent the following Monday. We cannot guarantee that the product will arrive completely unmelted.
We only ship within the United States at this time on this website. If you’re interested in purchasing our products in Canada, look for us on amazon.ca.

Our Gum, Mints, and Fruit Bites are not at risk of melting even in hot weather conditions, so there is no need to add an ice pack to orders only containing these items.
If you’d like to make any changes to your order, including a shipping address change or product change, please email us at info@simplygum.comas soon as possible. We’ll try our best to make the change before your order is shipped.
If you are dissatisfied with a Simply product you purchased from our website, please reach out to us at info@simplygum.com within 30 days of purchase date, and we will do our best to make things right. While we can’t accept a return of any consumable product, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund to you if you qualify.
If there is an issue with your order, please hold on to the product until you hear back from our team and provide the following information in your email:
- Description of product
- Best by date
- Lot number (number next to the Best By Date)
- Online Order Number or store location of your purchase
- Any photos of the product and packaging
If you have any issues with your purchase of Simply from one of our authorized sellers, we suggest you try contacting them. If you are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution with the retailer, please reach out to us at the email address above, and have information available regarding when and where you purchased your product.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Our Subscribe and Save option is a convenient way to receive regular deliveries of your favorite Simply Gum products at a 10% discount and with free shipping. Our subscription program defaults to monthly deliveries, but you can change your delivery cadence at any time using our subscription portal. There are no commitments or fees and you can cancel a subscription at any time. Create a new subscription, by selecting the "Subscribe and Save" option when adding any product to your cart.
You can edit your subscription by accessing the subscription portal located in your account management page. Click "edit" to make changes to your delivery schedule, payment method, quantity, delivery address, or product type. To cancel your subscription, click "Cancel" to stop all future deliveries. Please note, if you would like to maintain your subscription, but currently have enough product on hand, you can adjust your delivery schedule or skip a month using this portal as well.
