Recipe: Simply x Revival Over Night Oats
To celebrate international Women's Month we partnered with one of our favorite female founded food brands, Revival, to create this delicious breakfast bowl using their Almond Butter and our Coconut Almond Chocolate Date Bar.
Ingredients:
1 Simply Coconut Almond Date Bar
1 Tbsp Revival Raw Cocoa Coconut Almond Butter
Overnight Oats
1/4 Cup Steel Cut Oats
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Tsp Coconut Extract
2 Tbsp Date Syrup
Yogurt Layer:
6 Tbsp Greek Yogurt
4 Tbsp Coconut Flakes (plus more for topping)
1 Tsp Coconut Extract
Directions:

In a bowl, mix the steel cut oats, milk, Revival Almond Butter, coconut extract and date syrup until combined. Place in the refrigerator overnight.

Remove the oats from the refrigerator.

Take a Simply Coconut Almond Date Bar and cut into chunks.

In a small bowl, mix the yogurt layer ingredients: Greek yogurt, coconut flakes and coconut extract.

Assemble the layers: in a bowl place half of the oats and flatten it out with the back of your spoon.

Top the oat layer with some of the yogurt mixture.

Sprinkle with some of the coconut flakes and date bar chunks.

Repeat the process one more time.
